| Tye'sha Fluker brought excellent size at 6-5 and the ability to play a physical style in the paint to Seattle when she was selected by the Storm in the 2007 Dispersal Draft for former Charlotte Sting players. Previously the 10th pick of the 2006 WNBA Draft by the Sting, Fluker was a standout on the court and in the classroom while playing for the storied Tennessee Lady Volunteers. Fluker started 40 times in 140 collegiate games, the latter mark seventh in Tennessee history. Fluker also ranked amongst Lady Volunteers all-time leaders with 88 career blocked shots (12th). On top of that, Fluker was named Academic All-SEC three times in four years. | ||||||
