Abby Bishop is one of Australia's rising young stars. Before turning 21, she had already collected Rookie of the Year and All-Star five honors in the WNBL, as well as winning two championships with the Canberra Capitals (with Lauren Jackson alongside, she collected a third ring in 2010). A talented post player with perimeter range, Bishop brought her game stateside for the first time in 2010, making the Storm roster in training camp. At season's end, her progress was rewarded with both a WNBA title and a spot on the Australian Opals for the FIBA World Championship.
