Why is the Storm playing its first round game in Tacoma?
The Tacoma Dome will play host to the first round playoff game due to a scheduling conflict at KeyArena.

In previous years I purchased a “playoff strip” that got me tickets to every possible playoff game. Is a similar ticket available this postseason?
Not at this time. Since the first round playoff game is being played away from KeyArena, we are handling ticketing for the first round separately from future rounds. Once the Storm advances out of the first round, you will have the opportunity to secure your seats for subsequent rounds. We have reserved all Season Ticket Holder seats at KeyArena for all future playoff games.

I want to purchase seats next to my friends / seat neighbors. What is the best way to make sure we sit together at the Dome?
Seating for the first round is available on a first come, first choice basis. We encourage fans to coordinate with their friends and seat neighbors before tickets go on sale on Monday, Sept. 9 at 9 a.m. for seats together. The best way to make sure you sit with a certain group is to purchase all of the tickets on one account in one transaction.

I am having problems purchasing tickets using my online account. How can I purchase playoff tickets?
If at any point you are having issues accessing tickets through your My Storm Account, please contact your Storm representative at (206) 217-WNBA (9622) during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and we will gladly assist you in securing your playoff tickets.

Will concessions and merchandise be available at the Tacoma Dome?
Yes, concession stands and merchandise will be located on both levels of the Tacoma Dome for your convenience.

Does the Tacoma Dome have policies regarding cameras, re-entry and prohibited items similar to KeyArena?
Most well-known arena policies are the same at the Tacoma Dome as they are at KeyArena, including no re-entry, no outside food or beverage, no smoking and no professional photography. For a complete listing of policies and frequently asked questions regarding the facility, please visit the Tacoma Dome’s guest services guide.

What time will doors open for the playoff game?
Doors to the game will open 60 minutes prior to tipoff.
