Do you expect the games to sell out?
There is an increased demand for tickets during the playoffs so we do recommend purchasing your seats on stormbasketball.com as early as possible.

For Season Ticket Holders and/or Playoff Strip Buyers:

What is a playoff strip?
A playoff strip is a set of ticket that includes the same seat for all seven possible home playoff games.

When will I receive my playoff tickets?
If you purchased tickets for the entire 2010 playoffs and chose the Mail Option, you should receive your tickets no later than Tuesday, Aug. 24. If you chose the Print-At-Home Option, you should have received an e-mail with instructions on how to print your tickets. If you do not receive them or if you have trouble printing your tickets, contact the Storm Front Office at 206-217-WNBA (9622).

Can I re-sell my playoff tickets via My Storm Account?
Any seat location purchased for all seven games (strip) are eligible for re-sale through Ticketmaster TeamExchange. Additional tickets purchased for single games cannot be re-sold via TeamExchange. To re-sale through TeamExchange, log on to your "My Storm Account" with your Account ID and password.

If I chose to upgrade or downgrade my seats and I don’t like them, can I get my old seats back?
Unfortunately, due to the short turnaround time for playoffs we are not able to guarantee your regular-season seats after you choose to upgrade or downgrade. We will do our best to get you new seats close to your desired location. It is important for you to be as specific as possible regarding what location you would like.

If I can’t make a game, can I return or exchange my unused tickets?
No. All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

If I purchase a strip, can I purchase additional single-game tickets for any playoff games?
Yes. You are able to purchase single-game tickets game by game through stormbasketball.com or by calling 1-877-WNBA-TIX.
