Taking The World By Storm
Three members of the Seattle Storm joined many of the WNBA's finest in the world spotlight in Athens, Greece during August. Guard Sue Bird was a member of the gold-medal-winning USA Basketball Senior Women's National Team, while Storm Coach Anne Donovan was an assistant on that team. Forward Lauren Jackson was a member of the Australian "Price Attack" Opals team that lost to the U.S. in the gold-medal game and took silver.
