Explanations:
+/-: The amount by which the Storm outscored its opponents or was outscored when a given player was on the court.
Oncourt: The player's +/- per 40 minutes.
Offcourt: The Storm's +/- without the player per 40 minutes.
Diff: Oncourt - Offcourt, known as the "Roland Rating" on NBA Web site 82games.com.

Notes of Caution: Don't read more into these numbers than they really say. A 26-minute period for Danielle McCulley is essentially meaningless, while Tonya Massaline's minutes largely cam3 at the end of the season when the Storm was slumping - presumably because of Kamila Vodichkova's injury, not because of Massaline.

Also note that, for players who play a lot of minutes, their Oncourt rating tends to be the same as the team average, and that the Diffs must add to zero - when a player plays well, her backup, or the player she is backing up, looks worse through no fault of their own.
