In preparation for the franchise’s ninth campaign in the WNBA, the Storm will also face the Sacramento Monarchs at ARCO Arena in Sacramento on Friday, May 2. The Storm will play its only home preseason game against the Indiana Fever on Saturday, May 10 at 7 p.m. at KeyArena.

Storm Acquires WNBA All-Star Cash Storm Announces 2008 Regular-Season Schedule Get Storm Headlines!

Highlights of the 2008 34-game regular-season schedule includes 11 weekend games against the best in the WNBA, such as the four-time WNBA Champion Houston Comets, the Eastern Conference Champion Detroit Shock, and the return of Lisa Leslie and the Los Angeles Sparks on Saturday, July 12.

The 2008 Storm season will open against the Chicago Sky on Saturday, May 17, at 7 p.m. The following Tuesday, May 20, Seattle will host the Sacramento Monarchs at 7 p.m. at KeyArena. Fans will have the opportunity to see the Storm square off with the defending WNBA Champion Phoenix Mercury on Wednesday, June 11 and Thursday, July 10.
