When did you hear that you were picked for the All-Star game?

About a week ago I heard was picked to play in the All-Star Game! Their fans vote, just like the WNBA All-Star selection process, so I was voted in by the fans! I was happy because the competition here is really good. The Americans here match up well but the Koreans are very good. They are always moving nonstop on offense and very quick.

Where was the game held?

The All-Star game was held in Woori Bankís gym (Noelle Quinnís home gym) in Chuncheon, South Korea.

Describe your experience at the game.

When my team first got to the gym about an hour and a half before tipoff, there were lots people standing outside to get in the gym. I was shocked because it was literally packed in the gym for the game! They had a celebrity game before our game, which was fun to watch. We got to ride four wheelers into the gym as our entrance when they announced us, which I really enjoyed! I honestly had a great experience and enjoyed every second of it.

What was it like playing with Monique Curry on the All-Star team?

It was fun playing with Curry! In the fourth quarter we got to play together and the fans really loved it! She was awarded the MVP of the All-Star Game.

What did you do for the holidays?

I didn't get to do anything here in South Korea for the holidays, and since I didnít go home, I was able to video chat with my family on Christmas morning to watch them open gifts! It's definitely not the same as actually being at home, but it's better than nothing. As long as my family was happy then I was happy!

League play resumes on Jan. 8?

We broke for the All-Star game after we finished up round three and we have four more rounds to go. We start fourth round on the 8th against KDB. I'm excited to see how my team will finish because I believe we can win it all!
