Storm Re-Signs for Remainder of Season

SEATTLE - The Seattle Storm today re-signed 5-9 guard Doneeka Lewis for the remainder of the season, Storm Head Coach and Director of Player Personnel
Anne Donovan announced.
Lewis has appeared in three games for the Storm since joining the team on July 16, recording one assists and one steal in 10 minutes. The 25th overall pick in the 2004 WNBA Draft, Lewis holds career averages of 3.8 ppg, 1.2 rpg and 1.7 apg in 93 games. Lewis appeared in one preseason game for Los Angeles this summer, recording six points, four rebounds, one assist in 19 minutes, before being waived by the Sparks on May 18.
