Dear Season Ticket Holders,

Hello there and Happy New Year! I hope you enjoyed a wonderful holiday season. We are back at Storm headquarters after a nice winter break and are ready to kickstart sales and marketing efforts for the 2014 season. The schedule should be released soon and thatís always a sign that the season is nearing Ė hooray! We have several great promotions and theme nights in the works and we look forward to sharing specifics in the coming weeks.

Now, to the point of this email. Iím writing to inform you that after 14 amazing years, Iíve decided that the time is right for me to step away from the Storm. The 2014 season will be my last as President & CEO. I will remain with the organization through a good part of the season as the ownership group looks to land my replacement around the All-Star Break. I will be working closely with the owners and the management to ensure a seamless transition.

Lisa, Ginny and Dawn have been great throughout this process and Iím grateful for their continued support. In my opinion, there is no stronger, more committed ownership group in the WNBA. The last six years have presented me with both great memories and also great challenges; Iím grateful for each and every moment. Iíve grown so much as a professional and a person during their tenure, in part, because of their direct guidance, support, and friendship. Iím proud of what weíve accomplished as one of the leagueís independently-owned teams, and everything starts with ownership.

And there is more work to do! Iím really excited for the 2014 season Ė the Stormís 15th and Tanishaís 10th. In addition to cheering the Storm throughout the season, we have a lot to celebrate and we look forward to getting underway soon!

Iím also really energized by the strong and passionate management team we have in place in addition to some of the great new front office talent we brought on board in the off-season. The Storm is in great hands and I have every confidence that the leadership change will prove a positive one.

As a Season Ticket Holder, you are a significant part of my journey. Iím so deeply grateful for what youíve helped us achieve and the memories weíve shared. Your passion and loyalty have been an ongoing source of motivation and inspiration for me. More than you probably know, you have helped fuel me over the past 15 years. There will be plenty of time for sharing stories over the next several months, and I look forward to each and every opportunity. In the meantime, itís back to work to do all we can to make the 2014 season one worth remembering!

Thanks for your support and friendship over the years. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Warmly,

Karen Bryant
