Gallery: 2010 Stormin' the Lake

May 1, 2010

While the weather didn't entirely cooperate with Saturday's annual Stormin' the Lake event at Green Lake Community Center, it stayed dry as fans met the Storm players currently in training camp and enjoyed a variety of activities. Things kicked off at 2 p.m., with emcee Shellie Hart leading young fans as they shot hoops, enjoyed sno cones, had their faces painted and made signs for the Storm locker room. After the Storm Dance Troupe performed, Storm play-by-play broadcaster Dick Fain introduced the team when players and coaches arrived after practice. They then participated in a water balloon toss before dispersing to help out with various activities. Throughout, Doppler entertained the youngsters.

Per annual tradition, the Storm took over Green Lake for Stormin' the Lake.
