Game Day Guide

Storm 101

Welcome to your game-day guide to everything you need to know about experiencing Storm Basketball. Being a fan of the Storm is different from being a fan of any other team. You're more than just a fan: You ARE home court advantage!

To keep our home court advantage the best in the game, here are some traditions:

  • Wear Storm colors - green, red, yellow
  • Bring creative signs to the game
  • Make friends with the Storm fans sitting next to you
  • Remain standing until the Storm scores for the first time and repeat for the beginning of the second half
  • When we say "Aussie, Aussie, Aussie" you say, "Oi, Oi, Oi."
  • All kids aboard for the Doppler Train, departs at the first timeout of the fourth quarter
  • And most important, BE LOUD ... REALLY LOUD!

A-Z Game Day Quick Facts

Box Office:
Tickets are your keys to the fun. Unlock the excitement. You can pick up your will-call tickets (or drop some off for friends) and purchase tickets for the game until halftime at the East Box Office located on the Space Needle (far side) of KeyArena. You can also purchase tickets for upcoming games at the inside Box Office sales window up the stairs outside Aisle 125 on the suite level.

Cameras:
We know you would love to take home the memories created at Storm games and relive them, but please do not use flash photography or video cameras inside KeyArena. We wouldn't want Sue to be blinded by a flash as she shoots her clutch three-pointer!

Children:
No babysitter? No worries! Bring your kids out to the games. Children under age 2 are allowed to enjoy the game without a ticket. In this case, the more they scream, the better!

Doors Open:
Because we want you to experience Storm Basketball as soon as you can, doors open one hour before tipoff and the suite level is open 90 minutes ahead of game time. This should give you plenty of time to enjoy food and drinks and get ready to have a great time.

Fan Headquarters:
Also known as The Huddle, is located outside Aisle 118 on the main concourse. Stop by and chat with a Storm Representative about anything and everything you may need help with (Storm-related, of course) from ticket questions to finding the foot-long hotdogs.

Noisemakers:
You won't need whistles, air horns or other distracting devices because you will have your warmed-up cheering voice and thunderstix - which are welcomed and encouraged. The louder the better!

Outside Food & Beverage:
Although outside food or beverage is not allowed in KeyArena, be sure to check out the many great new food and concession offerings located throughout the arena. Feel free to bring in an empty plastic (no aluminum or metal) water bottle to rehydrate during the game. You might need it with all of the cheering you'll be doing.

Parking:
Visit "Parking" for information on parking.

Postgame Foul Shots:
Would you like to shoot a free throw on the Storm court postgame? Well, you can! If you are 16 or under, feel free to go down Aisles 104 & 125 after the game to get some shots up.

Pregame Warm-up:
See your favorite Storm players warm up pregame while sitting courtside! Everyone is welcome to watch warm-ups from our courtside seating up until 30 minutes before tipoff. Go down Aisles 101, 127, 128 and 1 to enter.

Re-entry:
Be sure to check, double-check and triple-check for everything that you may need during the game because leaving and re-entering is not allowed during the game (except for emergencies). We need your support for all 40 minutes!

Ticket Sales:
If you don't already have your ticket package or season tickets (which you should!), please visit The Huddle (outside of Aisle 118) for more information. To purchase individual game tickets, visit the East Box Office located outside on the Space Needle (far side) of KeyArena or inside up the stairs outside Aisle 125 on the suite level.

Will-call:
Pick up or drop off your will-call tickets as early as 90 minutes before tipoff and as late as halftime at the East Box Office located outside on the Space Needle (far side) of KeyArena.
