Q: What are the benefits of bringing a group to STAPLES Center?
A: No per ticket surcharge resulting in substantial savings. The ability to utilize great group experiences during your outing. Group Leaders will receive additional tickets FREE of charge to a future Sparks home game. Personalized service from your own Account Executive. Complimentary Scoreboard Message recognition for your group. Priority Group Renewal Status for the following Sparks Season.

Q: What is the minimum number of tickets required for a group purchase?
A: 15 tickets is the minimum number. There is no maximum number of tickets and the more you order, the better the discount. All tickets and sections are subject to availability.

Q: What time may I enter
STAPLES CENTER?
A: STAPLES Center parking lots open 3 hours prior to game time, and gates open 1 hour prior to tip-off.

Q: What am I allowed to bring into
STAPLES Center?
A:
Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, STAPLES Center welcomes guests bringing small signs, flags, banners, and posters inside the building to show fan support during events.

Guests may not bring food and/or beverage items into the arena during events. The only exception is unopened plastic water bottles. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entrance into the arena or return them to their vehicle. Guest Link Service Centers will not check-in or store any food or beverage items.

Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices.

Q: What age do children require a ticket for admission into
Sparks games.
A: Toddlers, 24 months or younger, do not need a ticket to enter STAPLES Center. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.

Q: When is my final payment due and when will I receive my group tickets?
A: Final payment is due two weeks prior to your game date unless ordered and paid for in full at time of original order. Once payment is received, group tickets are mailed and should arrive within 5-10 business days. Once tickets are printed and mailed, all sales are final. There are no refunds or returns.

Q: May I add tickets to my original group order?
A: Yes, subject to availability. Sparks Ticketing Department will do our best to place additional ticket orders with your original order but we cannot guarantee seats within original order. It is a good idea to reserve more group seats during your original purchase to ensure enough tickets in the same location. However, if tickets are still available, additions are a possibility. Contact your Sales Executive or call 877-44-SPARKS during regular business hours to purchase additional group tickets.

Q: My tickets were lost or stolen. What can I do?
A: The Sparks are able to reprint your tickets, if the exact location of the lost or stolen ticket(s) is(are) known and is requested by the Group Leader at least 4 hours prior to game time. Call Ticket Operations Manager, Louis Galicia at (213) 929-1303 to report your tickets lost or stolen. The Sparks will reprint the first five tickets at no charge and $5 for every ticket thereafter. Please treat your group tickets like cash and keep them in a secure place until the game.
