She leaves Purdue as the team's all-time leader in rebounds and blocked shots, and second in career double-doubles with 25.

Jordan was named a 2009 Daktronics Division II Women's Basketball First-Team All-American for the first time after the 2008-09 season. With that selection, the 5'8" guard became the first player in school history to receive first-team All-American honors. Jordan averaged a nation-leading 31.3 points per game, and added to that with 6.9 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 2.5 steals per outing. She finished the season with 909 points, a Lone Star Conference and school record.
"It was a good draft for us," said Sparks Head Coach Michael Cooper. "I thought we picked up three great players with incredible potential. Lindsay is going to surprise people with her talent, Ashley is a player that works hard and has the potential to be a contributor, and I think we got the steal of the draft with Britney."
The draftees will join a Sparks team eyeing a third championship after finishing just short in the Western Conference Finals last season. The Sparks tip off the 2009 WNBA season against the defending champion Detroit Shock, June 6 at STAPLES Center.
