"Marie is a very good basketball player, said head coach Michael Cooper. Im happy to have her join the team. Her addition gives us a good slashing, shooting guard that we are going to need this upcoming season.

Im very excited to be joining an organization with such a rich tradition and to play alongside Lisa Leslie and Temeka Johnson, Ferdinand-Harris said. Im thrilled to work with coach Cooper and cant wait to bring another championship to L.A.
