MVP Ticket Policy

Ticket Exchanges
Ticket exchanges are preferred to be handled through the Ticket Operations Office rather than the Staples Box Office. MVPs wanting a ticket exchange should mail their tickets back to their account executive with a note stating which new game additional tickets are requested for.

The ticket operations office will mail out the new game tickets or leave in will call. In order to mail out tickets, ticket exchange requests should be received 10 business days before the game date.

Full season ticket holders are allowed to exchange seats/games four times throughout the season. Half season ticket holders are allowed to exchange seats/games two times throughout the season. All seats are based upon availability.

Account Manager
Account Manager for MVPs will be turned off 3.5 hours before the start of each game. At home ticket reprints and forwarding of tickets will no longer be available due to the operational structure of Sparks Tickets and Staples Center Box Office tickets.

Ticket Reprints
Ticket reprints are available through the Ticket Operations Office. MVPs and group leaders should send a written request (mail or email) stating why they need their tickets reprinted. There is no charge for MVPs or group leaders to have their tickets reprinted if necessary.
