Inspiring Women Nomination Form

The Los Angeles Sparks are asking the community to honor and recognize women who have been an inspiration to them or someone they know. Inspiring Women Night is designed to honor women who have made an impact and made a difference in the lives of others.

How can I be a part of the Inspiring Women Night?
To nominate yourself or someone in your life, please submit a description (five hundred (500) words or less) explaining why a particular person deserves to be recognized as a LA Sparks Inspiring Woman.

If your entry is chosen, you will be contacted by a Sparks representative and receive two tickets to the August 19th game.
