The Los Angeles Sparks took part in the WNBA's Be Fit Tour at Disneyland from 10:00am-3:00pm on Sunday May 14, 2006. The Community Relations Staff distributed free fitness journals and exercise posters as part of the team's "Be Smart Be Fit Be Yourself" initiative. Sparks pocket schedules, ticket information, and a Home Court Advantage pass code was also handed out to everyone in attendance. The Home Court Advantage pass code issued all Home Court Advantage members that attended the Be Fit Tour that day an extra 5,000 bonus points to their Sparks Rewards Account! The highlight of the event was when WNBA All-Star Lisa Leslie and the WNBA's 2005 Rookie of the Year Temeka Johnson signed autographed and posed for pictures with fans. Afterwards, Lisa Leslie appeared on the live broadcast of ABC7's Sports Zone at ESPNZone to promote the Sparks 2006 season.
