The Lady Colts came out on fire in a match-up at the STAPLES Center on November 24th. The game was a rematch of game one of the 2007 season between Carson and Venice HS. Last year, the Venice Lady Gondoliers were victorious 55-49. Not only did the Lady Colts have something to prove but they were poised and ready to make 2007 a distant memory. The Lady Colts beat Venice 60-24 to open the season and run away with the Los Angeles Sparks Team of the Week presented by NikeWomen.com for Week One. Congratulations Carson High School!
