Calling all Sparks fans! With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we’re sure that Sparks fans have a lot to be thankful for. We hope that one of those things is the Sparks. If that’s true, enter our 1st ever SPARKSgiving Video Contest presented by Trader Joe's.

Here’s what you do, make a video that is 1-3 minutes long and shows why you’re thankful for being a part of the Sparks community, send it to us on a dvd OR on a flashdrive through the mail. Our panel of judges will pick the top 10 videos to be posted online and voted on by the fans. The contest begins at 12:01am on Tuesday, November 11^th and runs through Tuesday, November 25^th. Voting for the top videos will begin on November 26^th and conclude on December 2nd. The winning videos will announced online at www.lasparks.com on December 3^rd.

PRIZES:

• First Place: Sparks jersey signed by entire 2008 Sparks team
• Second Place: Sparks mini-ball signed by DeLisha Milton-Jones
• Third Place: Marie Ferdinand-Harris Sparks jersey

ELIGIBILITY:

The SPARKSgiving Video Contest presented by Trader Joe's is open only to legal U.S. residents who love the Sparks. Participants are ineligible if directly related to Sparks staff, players or judges of the contest. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by contest rules and the terms and conditions of the contest.

CONTEST RULES:

Each participant or group may submit up to two (2) entries. All submissions must be received by November 25, 2008. Late entries will not be accepted. All submissions must be the original work of the entrant.

HOW TO ENTER:

Beginning at 12:01am on November 11, 2008:

1. Visit www.lasparks.com and click the SPARKSgiving video contest link under FANZONE for all contest information.
2. Download the entry form and waiver to send with your video.
3. Entry forms must be completed fully and waivers signed by any person appearing in the video.

VIDEO CRITERIA:

All videos must:

1. Be 1-3 minutes in length
2. Be sure to mention/capture the theme, “Why I’m thankful for being a part of the Sparks community” in your video.
3. Must be submitted on a dvd OR in avi, mov, mpg or wmv format via flashdrive.

Note: (dvds & flashdrives will not be returned)

Videos will be judged on the following criteria:

1. Creativity
2. Message Clarity and relevance
3. Overall impact
