Exceeding our goal to raise $5,000, the Sparks raised $11,000 and won an award for their efforts in being one of the top 5 fundraisers for the event. The Sparks co-owners, Carla Christofferson and Kathy Goodman, along with General Manager, Penny Toler and various employees and dedicated fans of the Los Angeles Sparks were there to run & walk with the participants and show their support.

The SparKIDS performed two crowd pleasing routines while Carla, Kathy and Penny were on hand to help present the awards to the top male and female runners.
