Cal Sparks Fall Tip Off 2007
The Los Angeles Sparks were proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 5th Annual “Cal Sparks Fall Tip Off Classic.” The event which took place this past weekend in Santa Ana, California at Mater Dei High School is a two-day basketball tournament where 38 participating girl’s teams from around the area, aged from 4th grade through high school, showcased their talents on the court in front of hundreds of friends and families.
Over the course of the two days, Sparks centers, Tye’sha Fluker and Christie Thomas along with head coach Michael Cooper stopped by to meet, sign autographs and take pictures with fans. Additionally, LA Sparks owners Carla Christofferson and Kathy Goo
dman were on-site to present the Championship teams in each division with a personalize LA Sparks t-shirt along with the 1st place trophies
