Traci Doran Hawkins has always been a fan of dancing and basketball, with basketball a given since her father is a former Los Angeles Lakers basketball star Tommy Hawkins.  As the Executive Director/Owner and one of the original members of the Ole Skool Crew. Traci keeps busy by recruiting dancers, organizing rehearsal schedules, booking radio and television appearances, as well as, performing with the team at select home games and handling public relations and marketing. 

When not entertaining the Los Angeles Sparks’ fans, Traci, 46, is also founder and Executive Director of Whispering Winds Therapeutic Massage Team Inc., a non-profit organization that provides therapeutic massage for adults and children who suffer from life-altering illnesses.  Traci is also a full-time single mother to three wonderful children: 19- year-old son Jaime, 11- year-old daughter Reme, and her youngest son Georgie who is 8 years old.
