Kimberly

When she isn’t performing at the Sparks games with the Ole Skool Crew, 44-year old Kim is attending the games as a season-ticket holder.  She became a dedicated fan when she attended her first game with her daughter in 2001.  It was at one of the games when a flier for the Ole Skool Crew caught her eye and she decided to audition.  As someone who grew up dancing and playing basketball, Kim knew the Ole Skool Crew would be the perfect way for her to take her love for the Sparks to a new level.

Kim appreciates how the Ole Skool Crew has been a way to promote the WNBA and to dispute the idea that being over 40 means not having fun.  And she definitely had fun when the Ole Skool Crew was invited to perform in New York’s Madison Square Garden during the WNBA All-Star Game.  When she is on the floor performing she loves getting the crowd energized and making them cheer loudly for the home team.

“When I’m on the floor performing, I’m letting everyone know that you can make your own choices and experiences in life, no matter how old you are,” says Kim.

When Kim is not showing off her smooth dance moves, she makes her living as a Chemical Engineer working in the Environmental Field.
