(2) Contest open to legal residents of Illinois in team marketing territory, thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Chicago Sky, the Women’s National Basketball Association (“theWNBA”) and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents (all together herein after the “NBA Entities”). (3) How to Enter and Win - To enter, visit Sky Official Website at www.chicagosky.net, click on the “Pet of the Year Contest,” then click “enter your pet” (the “Entry”). Contest begins May 19, 2008 and ends on July 7, 2008. All Entries must be received by 11:59pm Central Time on July 7, 2008. Limit one (1) Entry per household. Prizes (described below) will be awarded to the top three (4). All prizewinners will be notified before attending the June 13, 2008 home game. (4) Prizes – 1st Place Prizewinner receives one (1) free ticket to the Sky home game on July 13, 2008, $50 worth of pet treats, Sky t-shirt and Sky gear, and a photo on-court of introduction with mat signed by the players; 2nd 3rd and 4th Place Prizewinners receive one (1) free ticket to the Sky home game on July 13, 2008, Sky t-shirt, and a photo on-court of introduction with mat signed by players. No more than four (4) separate prize packages as described above will be awarded. Tiebreakers will be decided by random selection between tied Entries. In the event Prizewinner(s) cannot be contacted or declines the prize, another Prizewinner will be chosen from the same eligible Entries received. All decisions and judgments regarding the contest rules are solely made by the Sky and are final in all respects. Chances of winning are based on the number of eligible Entries received. (5) The winning prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. Sky tickets provided for herein will be in a specific seat location to be solely determined by the Sky. (6) Prizewinner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes or any prize or award. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted. (8) By entering, entrant agrees to follow these Official Rules and well as all rules and guidelines associated with www.chicagosky.net and entrant further agrees hold harmless and indemnify the WNBA Entities against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation in the contest; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion. (9) In consideration for being awarded the prize, Prizewinner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of Prizewinner’s name and/or likeness and Entry in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the WNBA Entities. Each entrant will be asked to consent (or “opt-in”) to receive promotional emails or offers from the Sky or its sponsors. Subject entrant’s consent, entrant understands that Sky or its sponsors may use entrant’s information (including e-mail address) for marketing purposes and to provide entrant with information about the Sky or its sponsor’s products, services and special offers and entrant expressly consents to Sky or its sponsors’ use of entrant’s information for such purposes. (10) The Sky reserve the right to terminate, withdraw or amend this contest, or disqualify any entry for any reason and without notice including, without limitation, if the contest cannot be administered as planned or if the Sky suspect tampering has occurred, voiding the entries at issue or terminating the contest and selecting prizewinner(s) from among that portion of the contest that has not been compromised, if any.
