In fact, the Sky Support Squad made a special trip out for the game when they learned that Northwestern’s Head Coach Beth Combs was willing to dye her hair purple if the Wildcats were able to sell 3,000 tickets to a single game.

Whether it was the excitement of the challenge to Coach Combs, or Northwestern’s hard work and effort, the Wildcats were successful in selling the designated 3,000 tickets. To show some additional support for coach Combs each fan in attendance was given a purple wig to wear during the game.

Sky Guy was particularly excited by this; sporting a purple wig and up to his usual antics, he doused the crowd in silly string and hyped the fans. As usual, he also signed tons of autographs.
