Sky Defeat Dream

Dominique Canty scored a season-high 17 points and the Sky outscored the Dream 21-14 in the final quarter en route to a 84-79 win at Philips Arena, Tuesday night in Atlanta.

The Dream (19-14) started the fourth quarter on an 8-2 run to take a 73-65 lead with 6:15 left. Then the Sky went on a 13-2 run capped off by a layup from Epiphanny Prince to give the Sky the lead. Prince and Canty sunk free throws in the final 20 seconds of the game to ice the win for the Sky (14-18).

Canty was 7-of-9 from the field. Epiphanny Prince added 14 points, 4 steals and 4 assists. Sylvia Fowles had another stellar game scoring 18 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. Jia Perkins also scored 17 points.

Iziane Castro Marques led the Dream with 19 points.

On the season, the Sky took 3-of-5 games from the Dream, all of which coming on in Atlanta.
