November 12

UNI Gyor fell to UMMC 43-101 in Round 1 of Euroleague play on November 7. Vandersloot finished with a team high 13 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals in 29 minutes of play. Teammate Joslyn Tinkle of the Seattle Storm scored 7 points and took down 4 rebounds. For UMMC, LA Sparks forward Candace Parker finished with 17 points and 9 rebounds while Seattle Storm guard Sue Bird had 13 points and 8 assists.

Next up, UNI Gyor will face Good Angels Kosice in Round 2 of Euroleague play on November 13. In this match up, Vanderslootw ill face Abdi Farhiya and A’Dia Mathies of the Los Angeles Sparks as well as Plenette Pierson from the New York Liberty.

November 19

UNI Gyor fell to Good Angels Kosice 64-75 in Round 2 of Euroleague play on November 13. Vandersloot did it all in this game finishing with 14 points, 6 assists, 5 steals and 4 rebounds in 34 minutes. Teammate Joslyn Tinkle (Seattle Storm) scored 18 points and 8 rebounds.

Next up, UNI Gyor will face Beretta Familia in Round 4 of Euroleague on November 28.

November 26

UNI Gyor has yet to play since their November 13 loss to the Good Angles. They will hit the court again on November 28 when they face the Familia Schio for Round 4 of Euroleague play. Vandersloot continues to lead the team in points with an average 13.5 per game in Euroleague action.

December 4

UNI Gyor got back on the Euroleague court on November 28 to face Beretta Famila. Gyor was defeated in a 56-70 match up. Vandersloot had an impressive performance, leading the team with a game high 21 points, 3 steals and 1 blocked shot. Teammate Joslyn Tinkle (Seattle Storm) offered 14 points and 10 rebounds.

They took a win in the Hungarian League on December 1 to start the month off strong. The 77-73 match up against MTK who is ranked third in the division was once again led by Vandersloot. She contributed a game high 28 points along with 2 steals, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Joslyn Tinkle again followed with 15 points and 12 rebounds.

Vandersloot leads her team in points, average 16.0 per game, in the Hungarian and Euroleague.

Coming up for UNI Gyor, they will take on the Tango Bourges on December 4 in the Euroleague and Atomeromu, who rank second in the Hungarian League, on December 8.

December 9

Hat-Agro UNI Gyor fell to Tango Bourges 49-85 in Round 4 of Euroleague play on December 4. Vandersloot finished with a game high 25 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 assists in 37 minutes of play. She was 4-8 from three point range. Teammate Joslyn Tinkle (Seattle Storm) added 5 points and 4 rebounds.

UNI Gyor beat Atomeromu 99-68 in Hungarian League play on December 8. Vandersloot finished with 11 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists. Tinkle led the team with 23 points and 13 rebounds.

Next up, UNI Gyor (2-0) will face MKB Euroleasing Vasas (2-6) in Hungarian League play on December 12. They take a short break from the Euroleague but return on December 19 to face Tanisha Wright (Seattle Storm) of Kayseri Kaski spor.

December 17

UNI Gyor defeated MKB Euroleasing Vasas 90-57 in Round 6 of Hungarian League play on December 12. Vandersloot finished with 17 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds and 2 steals in 29 minutes of play. Teammate Joslyn Tinkle (Seattle Storm) finished with 26 points, 10 rebounds and 3 steals.

UNI Gyor will return to Euroleague play on December 19 when they take on Kayseri Kaski spor in Round 7. Round 7 of Hungarian League play is set for January 8 when they take on MTK Budapest (3-4).

December 24

UNI Gyor fell to Kayseri kaski spor 65-88 in Round 7 of Euroleague play on December 19. Vandersloot finished with a game high 24 points in addition to 6 rebounds, 5 steals and 4 assists. For the opposing Kayseri team, Camille Little and Tanisha Wright (both of the Seattle Storm) finished with 10 and 5 points respectively. Vandersloot was named one of the Euroleague Women Week 7 top performers for her achievements against Kayseri.

Next up, UNI Gyor will face MTK Budapest (5-4) in Round 7 of Hungarian League play on January 8. They return to Euroleague play on January 15 when they take on Diana Taurasi (Phoenix Mercury) and Candace Parker (Los Angeles Sparks) of UMMC Ekaterinburg.

December 30

UNI Gyor took a break this week. They will return to the court to face MTK Budapest (5-4) in Round 7 of Hungarian League play on January 8. They return to Euroleague play on January 15 as they take on Candace Parker (Los Angeles Sparks) and Diana Taurasi (Phoenix Mercury) of UMMC Ekaterinburg.

January 6

UNI Gyor did not play this week. Next up, UNI Gyor (3-0) will face MTK Budapest (5-4) in Round 7 of Hungarian League play on January 8. Also that week they face Candace Parker and Diana Taurasi of UMMC Ekaterinburg on January 15.

January 14

Vandersloot is now playing for Italy’s Familia Schio. Familia Schio defeated Cagliari CUS 81-76 in Round 13 of Italian A1 League play on January 12. In her first game, Vandersloot finished with 9 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in 28 minutes of action. Familia Schio is 12-1 in league play.

Next up, Familia Schio will face Bourges in Round 8 of Euroleague play on January 16.

January 19

Familia Schio defeated Reyer Venezia Mestre 75-70. Vandersloot added to her new team’s win with 9 points, 3 assists, 2 steals, and 2 rebounds. This win keeps them at the number one spot in the Italy A1 Standings.

Her next game will be in the Euroleague Jan 26 versus Lucca

January 28

First ranked Familia Schio defeated third ranked Lucca 64-53 in the Italian League. Vandersloot has proven to be a great asset for her new team and in her 31 minutes of play scored 15 points, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds.

In EuroLeague play Familia Schio sit in third place in Group A and their next game will be in Turkey on January 29 against Kayseri.

February 3

Familia Schio were defeated by Kayseri 68-53 in EuroLeague play on January 29. In her 24 minutes Vandersloot had 12 points and 3 rebounds. Schio sits in second place behind Russian powerhouse Ekaterinburg in Group A. For the opposing team Seattle Storm teammates Tanisha Wright had a double-double with 17 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and Camille Little with 11 points and 2 rebounds.

Familia Schio won by 20 points defeating La Spezia 87-67 in the Italian League. Vandersloot in her 31 minutes of play was the led the team with 18, she also had 2 assists and 5 steals. Teammate Erlana Larkins from the Indiana Fever earned a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds.

Their next game will be in the EuroLeague against UNI Gyor on February 6. The last time these two teams met Familia Schio won 70-56.

February 11

Familia Schio easily handled Uni Gyor 87-49 in EuroLeague play on February 6. Vandersloot had 7 points and 3 rebounds. Schio (5-3) remains in second place behind Russian powerhouse Ekaterinburg in Group A.

Familia Schio defeated Parma 68-47 in the Italian League. Vandersloot in her 31 minutes of play had 17 points on 6-7 shooting. Schio sits in first place in the Italian League and will take on Umbertide on February 23.

Their next game in the EuroLeague will be against Slovakian team Good Angels Kosice on February 19.

February 18

Familia Schio went home with the Italian Cup on February 16 after defeating Lucca 71-61. Schio will resume play in the Italian League on February 23 against Umbertide.

February 25

Familia Schio lost against Russian powerhouse UMMC 74-61 in Euroleague play this week. Vandersloot was on the court for 26 minutes and put up 11 points, 3 rebounds and an assist but unfortunately this was not enough to help her team take the win. Schio sits in second place in Group A which should be good enough to advance to the playoffs.

In the Italian League Schio will resume play on March 2 against eight ranked Priolo which should be an easy win for Familia Schio.

March 5

Beretta Famila Schio dominated eighth ranked Priolo 46-88 in the Italian League. Vandersloot played for 35 minutes and helped her team with 11 points, 2 rebounds, and 4 assists. This win keeps in first place and reinforces Famila Schio’s dominance in the Italian League. In their next Italian League game on March 8 they will take on eighth ranked San Martino

Schio enters the EuroLeague playoffs on March 11 when they face Turkish team Kayseri.

March 8

Vandersloot and her Italian team Beretta Famila began their EuroLeague playoff campaign against Turkish club Kayseri. Kayseri came to play from the tip and took the 63-50. Vandersloot had 4 points and 4 rebounds in 22 minutes of play. The two teams will match up again on March 14th.

Beretta Famila will not hit the court in the Italian League until March 16 when they take on Ragusa.

March 19

Beretta Famila tied their Euroleague playoff series 1-1 by defeating Kayseri 74-61. Vandersloot had 13 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. The deciding game on March 19 will determine who will move on to the next round.

Famila Schio returned to the Italian League to face number 2 Ragusa and defeated them 60-67. Vandersloot in 28 minutes of play had 10 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. With 16 wins in a row Famila Schio appear to be untouchable in the Italian League with an 18-1 record. As the season progresses it looks as if the defending champions are on their way to another title win.

March 31

Famila Schio defeated Orvieto 74-50 in the Italian League. Vandersloot played for only 26 minutes, allowing the non-starters playing time. She added 4 points, 2 assists, and 2 rebounds.

Their next game in the Italian League was the Quarterfinals on March 30 where they faced Orvieto once again for a dominant 94-33. Vandersloot did not play in this game. They will play game 2 of this series on April 2.

April 7

Familia Schio defeated Orvieto 2-0 in their Italian League Quarter Final series and will move on to face Lucca in the Semi Finals which will be a 5 game series starting on April 8.

April 14

Familia Schio holds a 2-1 lead in their Italian League Semi Final series against Lucca. They lost the first game 63-59 and Vandersloot had 10 points, 5 assists and 5 steals. Schio won the next two games 76-61 and 71-59. Vandersloot did not play in these games. Schio will play game 4 against Lucca on April 16.

April 22

Familia Schio defeated Lucca 3-1 in their semi final series and move on to the Italian League Finals against Ragusa starting on April 23. In the Semi Final series Vandersloot averaged 10.5 points per game and 4.5 steals per game.

April 28

Familia Schio is competing in the Italian League Finals against Ragusa and the series is tied at 1-1. Schio was defeated in the first game 73-62 and won the second game 68-54. Vandesloot did not play in the first game but scored 11 points and had 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the second game. The next game will be Monday, April 28.
