Coach and GM Pokey Chatman was signed by the team after the 2010 season and has been responsible for acquiring seven of the members of the current roster and assembling a coaching staff that has helped the team develop and improve all through the season- Christie Sides and Wayne (Tree) Rollins.

Starting Line-up:
Elena Delle Donne: Selected by the Sky as the number two player in the 2013 draft.

Swin Cash: Acquired by the Sky in a blockbuster trade on January 2, 2012 that sent the #2 pick in the 2012 WNBA draft to Seattle for Cash, Le’Coe Willingham and Seattle’s second round pick in the 2012 WNBA draft. One of only two Sky players with WNBA playoff experience.

Sylvia Fowles: Selected by the Sky as the number two pick in the 2008 WNBA draft.

Epiphanny Prince: Selected by Sky as the number four pick in the 2010 WNBA draft.

Courtney Vandersloot: Selected by Sky as the number three pick in the 2011 draft.

The Bench:
Tamara Young: Acquired by Sky in a trade from Atlanta on August 12, 2009 in exchange for Armintie (Price) Harrington.

Shay Murphy: Signed twice by Sky as a free agent. The first time on July 23, 2010 after which she completed the season for the Sky after being cut by Indiana. Next on she was signed again on July 25, 2011 to a 7 day contract and then for the remainder of the season on August 1, 2011.

Carolyn Swords: Selected by Sky as the 15th overall selection of the 2011 WNBA Draft.

Sharnee Zoll-Norman: Signed as a free agent by the Sky on February 18, 2013

Ally Quigley: Signed as a free agent by the Sky on March 4, 2013. One of only two Sky players with WNBA playoff experience.

Michelle Campbell: Signed as a free agent by the Sky on March 27, 2013.
