    Landes Drops Close one to Charleville

    Tamera Young recorded 12 points, five rebounds and a pair assists as Landes fell to Charleville 61-59 at Charleville.

    The loss drops Landes to 7-6 overall as they drop to 7th place midway through Ligue Feminine de Basketball play.

    Landes Tops Arras

    Tamera Young exploded for 20 points in a 79-70 Lanes win over Arra in French League play.

    Young shot 8-of-12 from the field and grabbed five rebounds.

    Landes is now 6-4 overall and tied for fourth place.

    Landes Squeak past Aix-En-Provence

    Tamera Young scored eight points and grabbed eight rebounds as Landes defeated Aix-En-Provence 81-80 Saturday in French league play.

    Young also had five assists.

    Young, Landes take Toulouse

    Tamera Young scored 16 points, grabbed five rebounds and dished out five assists as Landes defeated Toulouse, 89-63.

    Young shot 5-of-7 from the field and 6-of-7 from the free throw line.

    Young Chips in Double-double

    Tamera Young scored 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for Landes as they fell 66-60 to Nantes Saturday in Ligue Feminine play.

    Young shot 8-of-16 from the field and seven of her game-high 11 boards came on the defensive end. She also had three assists.

    Young's Rebounds not enough for Landes

    Tamera Young grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds and chipped in two points as Landes fell to Bourges 58-52 in French League play on Nov. 13.

    Landes now rests in seventh place in Ligue Feminine with a 3-3 record.

    Young makes debut with Landes

    Tamera Young scored seven points and grabbed six rebounds a 68-65 loss to Erin Thorn and Tarbes.

    Young showed a little rust, shooting 3-of-10 from the field and 1-of-3 from the free throw line.

    Landes is now 3-2 on the season.

    Young signs with Landes

    Tamera Young will be a late addition to the Ligue Feminine team, Basket Landes.

    Landes (3-0) is currently tied for first place in the French league after wins over Villeneuve, Mondeville and COB Calais.

    Young will be one of two Americans on a predominantly French roster. The other American is Jennifer Humphrey, formerly of the Indiana Fever.
