Coach Bo and I made our way to North Avenue Beach this morning to take part in the 7th Annual Chicago Polar Plunge. I’ve been working hard for the past month trying to meet Coach Bo’s challenge of raising at least $1000 for Special Olympics Chicago. If I could raise the money, he would join me in the plunge. Well I’m more than happy to say that I met and surpassed my donation goal with the help of all you Sky fans! That’s why Coach Bo joined me in a brisk dip in the icy waters of Lake Michigan. We were joined by hundreds of other plungers wearing some of the most outrageous and in some cases revealing outfits I’ve seen in a long time. In case you didn’t get a chance to donate and you’d still like to, I’ve got some great news for you.
