Did I ever tell you that I love to read as much as I love Sky Basketball? My good friend Amanda Lassiter shares the same love for books and basketball as I do. We went to the John M. Smyth School to join their students for a Black History Month Reading Time-Out. We read one of Amanda’s favorite books, “Wilma Unlimited,” by Kathleen Krull. It is an inspirational story about how Wilma Rudolph overcame unimaginable adversity to become one of the world’s greatest athletes of all time. I can’t wait till someone writes “Sky Guy Unlimited,” the story of how I (The Almighty Sky Guy) became the world’s greatest mascot! |
