Halloween is nearing and I’ve been trying to find thing to do around town. I heard that there was something going on at Navy Pier called Navy Fear (hey that rhymes) so I figured I go check it out. When I got there I found a man eating some McDonald’s French Fries. He gave me one but right before I was about to eat I remembered that I had just eaten lunch. So I tried to give to someone but no one but no one would take it. I threw to some birds. Instead of sharing, the smallest bird grabbed the fry and fly off with it into Navy Pier. I decided to chase after the bird to teach him that he needed to share. Unfortunately, I left my jetpack at home and the little birdie was to fast for me. But then I saw Abdi Abdirahman, the 4th place finisher in the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon. I figured he would be fast enough to catch the little bird, but he was tired from all the running he did on Sunday so we took a picture instead. I was kind of tired so I sat down on a bench next to this nice lady and put my head on her shoulder and took a quick nap. She didn’t mind, she must be a Sky fan. After my nap I was reenergized and ready to find that bird. I looked every where, but I couldn’t find that birdie any where. I even looked into this mirror that made my head shrink and grow and shrink and grow and well you get the point. Then I saw this beautiful woman with great shades and a fantastic smile and I just had to take a picture with her. We look like the perfect couple. I never saw that bird again, but if I do I’m no giving him any more fries unless he promises to share.
