Alcohol Beer and wine are sold at the UIC Pavilion for all Sky home games. You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol and the concessionaire reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service. Alcohol service ends at the beginning of the 4th quarter.
Anthem Performance If you would like to perform at a Chicago Sky home game, please submit a recording of the performer singing the National Anthem to the Chicago Sky attn: Eric Olton. You may also contact Eric with questions at eolton@chicagosky.net.
ATMs There is currently one ATM located inside of the UIC Pavilion. It can be found on the right side of the main entrance.
Autographs After each home game, two Chicago Sky players will sign autographs on the main concourse. Fans can obtain a pass by purchasing an autograph ball at either of the Sky stores. You MUST have a pass in order to get an autograph. The players will be available for 30 minutes after the end of each game.
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are welcome in the UIC Pavilion but cannot be attached to poles or walls around the arena.
Birthday Announcements
To have a birthday announced on the matrix board during a game please contact Eric Olton at eolton@chicagosky.net. Please include in the e-mail: during what game you would like it announced, name, and age.

Box Office Hours
Box office hours are Monday-Friday noon-6p.m., and Saturday from noon-4p.m.
Broken Seats
If a seat in the arena is broken, please alert an usher at the top of each section or guest services.
Cameras
Cameras are welcome in the UIC Pavilion with the exception of flash photography. Video and audio recording equipment are prohibited in the arena at all times.
Capacity
The UIC Pavilion’s capacity during Sky games is 6,500.
Children’s Admission
Children 2 years old or younger are free. All other ages are regular price.
Ray Clay
Known for his work with the Chicago Bulls, public address announcer Ray Clay lends his world class skills to the Sky.

Concessions
Concession stands are located on the concourse throughout the UIC Pavilion offering a variety of food and beverage items.
Contests (In Game)
To be selected to participate in one of the Sky's in-game contest's, you have to be lucky. At the beginning of every home game, our staff scourers the stadium in search of the perfect contestant to participate on the court during time-out's. If you wish to participate, approach any Sky staff member and they will assist you in signing up.
Coupons
Special coupons for 10% and 20% off at Sky Stores are available for large groups and season ticket holders. “Sky Bucks” are also given to ticket holders and can be redeemed only at the Sky Grill.

Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card are accepted at the Sky stores.
Disabled Guests Seating and Access
There is ADA seating on the main floor as well as around the concourse at the UIC Pavilion. All bathrooms also have ADA accessible stalls, and entrances are also accessible by wheelchair.
Family Night
The Chicago Sky offers Sky Guy’s Friends and Family Packs. These packages include 4 tickets, 4 free t-shirts, $32 in Sky Bucks redeemable at the Sky Grill and a parking pass. Contact 1-877-329-WNBA (9622) for more information.

Handouts
The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, and printed materials is not permitted without written authorization from building management.
Item Check
For the safety of our fans, UIC Pavilion security staff reserves the right to search any containers, purses, or parcels brought into the Pavilion.
Junior NBA/WNBA
Junior NBA/WNBA supports youth basketball programs across the country, teaching young players how to be successful on and off the court. The program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive adult participation. For more information, please click here to visit their website.
Media Guides
Media guides are available free to media personnel and can be picked up in the media area prior to each game. Anyone else can purchase a media guide for $10 online or at the Sky stores.

(W) NBA Fan Code of Conduct
On February 17, 2005, the NBA released a
new set of arena guidelines. These rules outline appropriate behavior for
all fans attending both NBA and WNBA games:
Players will respect and appreciate each and every fan.
Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner
by all arena and team personnel.
Guests will enjoy the basketball experience free from disruptive
behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be
handled in a prompt and safe manner.
Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when
requested.
Guests will not engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to
enter the court, and those who engage in any of these actions will
immediately be ejected from the game.
Guests will smoke in designated smoking areas only.
There will not be any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing.
Guests will comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena
operations and emergency response procedures.
The arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help
ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to
report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard
or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these
provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and revocation of
season tickets and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting
in possible arrest and prosecution.
The NBA (and all teams and arenas) thank you for adhering to the
provisions of the NBA Fan Code of Conduct.
Parking
The price for parking at a Sky home game is $12 for cars and $25 for buses. The parking structure is located on Harrison just east of the arena.

Photo Requests
Chicago Sky fans are welcome to take their own photos of players during games and warm-ups. However, for time constraints, we cannot allow posed pictures with the players during post-game autograph sessions.

Public Transportation

There are no scalpers allowed outside the UIC Pavilion before or after any games.

Security
For the safety of our fans and staff, all Pavilion security guards are off duty police officers.
Sky Dance Team
The Sky Dance Crew is one of the very few all-youth dance squads for professional sports. The team never fails to get the crowd moving with their energy and excitement.
Sky Drumline
Catch the beat with the Sky Drumline at every Sky home game. The drumline takes the spirit outside too, with live performances at the arena entrance!

Skyline Club
Tickets to these seats can be purchased for the full season or just one game. Guests of players meet the players in this area after the game.
Sky Store
The store provides exclusive merchandise for all Sky fans. There are two Sky stores located inside the UIC Pavilion; one is in Section 108 and the other in section 113. Both of the stores are open one hour prior to the game and close half an hour after the game has ended. If you would like to shop online, please visit www.chicagoskystore.com.
Smoking
There is no smoking inside the UIC Pavilion. Anyone wishing to smoke outside must first go to Guest Services at the top of Section 108 to get their tickets stamped for re-entry. Per Chicago law, smoking must be done at least 15 feet away from all entrances.

TV Broadcasts
During the 2006 season 15 of the Sky’s 17 home games will be broadcasted on TV. The games will air on WTTW11, WCIU, and ESPN2.

Umbrellas
Standard size umbrellas with no sharp points are permitted inside the Pavilion; however they must be closed and stowed upon entering the facility.

Ushers
There are at least 40 ushers to assist fans in finding their seats at every game. Ushers are located at the top of every section around the main concourse.
Video Recording Devices
No video or audio recording devices are allowed at Sky home games without the expressed written consent of the WNBA and their affiliates.

Will-Call
The Chicago Sky Will Call table is located just inside the main doors (Gate 3), to the left. Will Call will open one (1) hour prior to game time and remain open until halftime. For guests who arrive after halftime, all remaining Will Call tickets are left at Guest Services for pick-up. Guest Services is located on the right side of the lobby after you enter the main doors
Will Call Drop Off
In a continuing effort to improve the quality of customer service and your experience at the UIC Pavilion, the Sky are pleased to announce the Will-Call Ticket Drop-off Service which is now in effect. This Service will be available to all individuals possessing valid Tickets. Please take a moment to review the following procedures:
Guests desiring to drop off tickets for Will Call can do so on the day of game by entering the main doors (Gate 3) and proceeding to the Will Call table, which is on the left hand side near the ticket window.
At the Will Call table, guests desiring to drop off tickets will be asked to complete a Will Call envelope. Guests will be required to complete all pertinent information, including:
(i) the last name, first name of the person who is to receive the ticket(s);
(ii) the game date;
(iii) the number of tickets;
(iv) the section location of the ticket(s).
Prior to returning the Will Call envelope, the guest shall be required to seal the envelope. After the Will Call envelope is completed, Sky ticket personnel will file the Will Call envelope for pick-up at the Will Call table.
Guests picking up tickets left for them should proceed to the Will Call table just inside the main doors (Gate 3) on the left hand side of the lobby near the ticket window. Guests picking up tickets are required to present a form of identification that contains a picture, such as a valid driver’s license.
