Q: What is the benefit of “Cheer Now, Pay Later?”
A: By selecting “Cheer Now, Pay Later’” you are able to enjoy all of the action of the 2008 Silver Stars Playoffs
without paying for all seven games in advance. You will only pay for the games that are played.
Q: How will I receive my tickets and what will be included?
A: By checking Playoffs Yes on your invoice and filling out the credit card information, you will automatically be
signed up for the “Cheer Now, Pay Later” program. All seven game tickets and parking passes will be mailed to the
address on your account. Once the playoffs are complete your credit card will be billed for only the number of games
that were played.
Q: Will I have the same seats for the Playoffs?
A: All full Season Ticket Holders are guaranteed their same seat location for the 2008 WNBA Playoffs. All partial
plan Season Ticket holders are guaranteed seats but they may not be in the same location as their 2008 Regular season
tickets.
Q: Can I cancel “Cheer Now, Pay Later” after the playoffs have begun?
A: Yes! You can cancel after the playoffs have started, but you will be required to pay for any games that have already
been played up to the cancellation point. If you would like to cancel, please call your Season Ticket Service
Representative. Your tickets will not be considered cancelled until the remaining playoff tickets are returned to your
Season Ticket Service Representative or the SE Box Office.
Q: Can I pay for all seven games of the 2008 Playoffs in advance?
A: Yes! You will be refunded the amount of the tickets and parking for the games that are not played at the conclusion
of the playoffs. The refund will be credited to your original means of payment and will take approximately 3 to 4
weeks to process. If you would like to pay in full for the 2008 Playoffs, please contact your Season Ticket Service
Representative.
Q: If I pay in full for 2008 Season Tickets, are the playoffs included?
A: No, you must pay for the 2008 Playoffs in addition to your 2008 Regular Season Tickets.
Q: If I pay my 2009 Season tickets in full, will I receive free parking for the 2008
Playoffs?
A: No! If you pay in full for the 2009 season by the deadline you will receive free parking for the 2009 regular season
only.
Q: What if I don’t want Playoff tickets and I still receive them in the mail?
A: You must contact your Season Ticket Service Representative. Any tickets in question will need to be returned prior
to the first home Playoff game, or you will be charged in full for all home games played.

Q: Am I able to redeem unused regular season tickets for Playoff Games?
A: No! Unused regular season tickets must be redeemed before the playoffs begin.
Q: Can I redeem any unused Playoff Tickets?
