Frost Slam Dunk Sweepstakes Rules

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. Throughout the rules entrant is defined as parent/legal guardian of a 4-7 year old and contestant will be defined as 4-7 year old.

2. Register on sasilverstars.com, or by sending a 3x5 paper with entrants name, contestant name and birth date, address, city, state and zip and mail to Silver Stars/Frost Slam Dunk Sweepstakes, One AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX, 78219.

3. Entrant will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. Three entrants are chosen for each of the three on-court events which take place on 7/17/09, 8/15/09 and 9/12/09.  The three entrants will each receive (4) tickets and (1) parking pass to a designated Silver Stars game (ARV $80) and the winning contestant receives a $100 savings bond courtesy of Frost (ARV $50). The winning contestants will each get (1) slam dunk in a mini-basketball hoop whereby the AT&T Center audience will vote by applause for (1) winner or if a celebrity panel of judges is used, the highest score achieved will win. No substitutions can be made except at team’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value. A winner is not constituted until verbal contact is made between winner and a Silver Stars representative. Odds of winning tickets, parking, savings bond and the chance for the contestant to participate on-court depend on the number of eligible entries received. Only one winner per household per season. Limit one entry per person per day.

4. The contest time frame is 6/13/09-9/12/09. Entries must be received by 9/1/09.

5. By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Frost, the San Antonio Silver Stars(and any and all of its affiliates) and the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, WNBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i.) entrants participation; or (ii.) The receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

6. Contest open to U.S. residents living within 75 miles of the San Antonio city limits who are parents/legal guardian of 4-7 year olds, except employees and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of Frost, the San Antonio Silver Stars (and any and all of its affiliates) and the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents and owners.

7. Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Contest void where prohibited.

8. Prizes are non-refundable and are not subject to exchange. No substitute prizes will be awarded and prizes may not be exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes. Prizes are non-transferable to any other person including relatives or friends.

9. Frost, the San Antonio Silver Stars and the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, WNBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents accept no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, stolen, misdirected, postage due or mutilated entries.

10. Contestants understand that Frost, the San Antonio Silver Stars (and any and all of its affiliates) and the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, WNBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents shall have the right to use the winner’s voice, name, likeness and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation, remuneration or notification except where prohibited by law.

11. Winners will be contacted by a Silver Stars representative by phone or mail. In the event the winner cannot be contacted or claim the prize, an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing.

13. All decisions as to contest and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of the San Antonio Silver Stars, the WNBA and WNBA Properties, Inc. and may be changed from time to time without notice.

14. The San Antonio Silver Stars, the WNBA and WNBA Properties, Inc. reserve the right to cancel or modify contest at any time without notice.
