The Squad Quarters
Squad members receive a number of coupons for guaranteed giveaways, which can be redeemed at The Squad Quarters, located in the back of the West Atrium. The Squad Quarters is open from when doors open until the end of halftime.
Bringing a Group
If it’s not just you coming to a game, your sales rep can help you plan a group outing, perhaps involving one of our “Fan Experience” packages. Click here to learn about a variety of Shock Fan Experience options.
My Shock Account
By logging into the “My Shock Account” box to the right, you’re able to monitor and update all aspects of your account. Edit contact information, pay invoices and even forward tickets you won’t be able to use via E-mail. If you have to miss a game, don’t let your tickets go to waste - pass them on to friends, family, co-workers or clients. It’s free and eliminates the hassle of paper tickets for you and the ticket recipient. For more information, view the demonstration here.

For every new Squad member you refer that purchases a full-season, mini-plan or group package, you receive a 10% incentive, which can be applied toward your own Squad package or to bring a group out to a game. Fill out the referral form here to share the Shock experience!

Squad members were invited to attend the 2009 Open Practice on May 26 at The Palace. They were able to meet the players, get autographs from the entire team and take a shot on the actual Palace hardwood! Click here for a photo gallery of the event.

A Shock game is great place to bring your group together - and reserving your seats takes one phone call. If you have a group of 10 or more, contact the Group Sales department at 248.377.0100 and they will design a special night at The Palace just for you.

As Squad members, you’re granted exclusive access following the game. Come on down to take a shot on the same court the pros do, and then run up the tunnel for a behind-the-scenes tour of The Palace, including a stop at the actual Detroit Shock locker room.
