UMMC Ekaterinburg blew a 16-point second half lead to Bourges Basket dropping its first game of the Euroleague Women season, 64-62, on Wednesday January 16.
Deanna Nolan was not in uniform, as she has been back in the States for the past few weeks. Despite the loss, UMMC (8-1) still has a commanding lead in the Group B Standings as Bourges Basket and Wisla Can-Pack Krakow are three games back with identical 5-4 records.
UMMC has one game remaining in Qualifying Round play – January 23 vs. Halcon Avenida (4-5). The Eighth-Final Play-Offs begin on February 5.
