Ivory Latta and Elizur Holon (5-6) began Israeli League play in the new year with a bang topping Hapoel Tel Aviv (1-10), 99-79 on Sunday, January 13. Latta scored 30 points in the win draining six of 11 three-pointers and grabbing four rebounds. She is now averaging 21.9 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.2 assists on the year.

Ayana Walker and Maccabi Ashdod climbed back to the .500 mark with an 81-78 win over Maccabi Tel Kabir (1-11) on Monday, January 14. Walker posted a double-double with 24 points and 13 rebounds and also blocked seven shots in the win. She is now averaging 21.9 points and 12.9 rebounds on the year while connecting on 57.3 percent of her field goal attempts.
Maccabi Ashdod next plays Maccabi Ramat Hen (7-5) on January 21.
