MSU Head Coach and Detroit Shock Broadcaster McCallie earns top New England honor
Joanne P. McCallie, the Michigan State women's basketball coach and color commentator for the WNBA's Detroit Shock, has been selected to the New England Basketball Hall of Fame.
McCallie, a Brunswick, Maine, native, will be inducted Sept. 24 in a ceremony at the University of Rhode Island. She was 167-73 in eight seasons as head coach at the University of Maine.
