USA Roster for Exhibition

The roster for the 2014 USA Basketball Women’s National Team, which tipped-off training camp on Sept. 8 in Annapolis, Maryland, with 17 athletes, has been pared down to 13 for its Sept. 15 exhibition contest against Canada. Selections were made by the USA Basketball Women’s National Team Player Selection Committee.

All-WNBA First Team

Shock guard Skylar Diggins was named to the 2014 All-WNBA First Team. Diggins, the 2014 WNBA Most Improved Player presented by Samsung, led the league with 35.1 mpg and ranked second in scoring (20.1 ppg).
