Auburn Hills – The Detroit Shock were held to just 50 points, and none of their starters scored more than eight points as they fell to 4-10 on the year. It was the fewest points ever scored in a Shock home game. With 7:58 to go in the second half, Detroit trailed by just seven, 49-42, but Charlotte finished the game on an 18-8 run. Deanna Nolan led the Shock with 11 points while Dawn Staley’s 17 points paced Charlotte.
