Training Camp Includes:
One free Shock or Pistons ticket per camper
Camp Practice Schedule:
1. Warm-up/stretching/conditioning
2. Skill development stations (ball handling, passing, shooting, defense, rebounding)3. Contests/trophies (knock-out, beat the pro, hot shot, free throws)
4. Games (5 on 5, 3 on 3)
5. Special Shock/Pistons guest speakers
