1. Why should I register?
It's FREE and you get cool stuff! It's the only way to get access to exclusive member benefits on the NBA.com Network of sites as such as special promotions, insider discounts and other online features on NBA.com and WNBA.com including games, wallpaper designs and select video highlights. So sign up now to get your FREE Member Name and Password.

2. What is the NBA All Access Membership Center?
The Member Center is the area on NBA.com and WNBA.com where you can update your NBA All Access membership profile, manage your email subscriptions or find out the latest benefits and exclusive offers for NBA All Access Members. You can access the Member Center directly at NBA.com/AllAccess or WNBA.com/AllAccess.

3. How do I take advantage of Member Benefits?
If you are using the same computer from which you previously signed in, have not cleared your "cookies" from your browser or have not logged out, you will not have to sign in again to take advantage of most member benefits. For your security, we will prompt you for your password when accessing sensitive personal information, like your profile.

If you do not yet have an account or have previously signed out, you will be asked to sign in to take advantage of member benefits. Simply click on the designated link, sign in using your email address) and password, then click on the "sign in" or "log in" button to play the multimedia file or complete the contest entry or subscription form. You can also sign in by visiting the member preference center directly at NBA.com/AllAccess or WNBA.com/AllAccess.

New member benefits are being added all the time so check back often to get the most out of your membership.

4. Why is my email my member name?
Your email is your online identity for NBA All Access membership. Your member name is unique. If you try to register with an already being used for your NBA All Access account, you will be requested to choose a enroll with a new one.

5. What is my screen name used for?
If you play fantasy games, write in to one of our editorial features or appear on a game leader board, we will list you by your screen name so we can personalize your experience.

6. Why am I being told to choose another email address or Member Name?
If you previously signed up or entered a NBA or WNBA promotion offline or through a partner's website, a special Member Name and password was assigned to you at the email address you provided. You can request that your Member Name and password be emailed to you then sign in to the Member Center to update your information however you want.

7. How do I recover my Password?
On the sign-in page for the NBA All Access preference center, you will have the opportunity to recover your password, or by clicking here. Click on the link indicated if you have "Forgotten your Password" then enter your email address and your member name will be emailed to you.

8. How do I change my email address?
Sign in to the NBA All Access member center, simply enter your new information then click the "Update" button to save your changes.

9. How do I update my profile information?
To get the most out of your membership be sure to keep your profile and preferences updated. Otherwise you may miss out on special event invitations in your town or information about your favorite team. Simply sign in to the NBA All Access member center and you will see your current profile information.Simply enter your new information then click the "Update" button to save your changes.

10. How do I unsubscribe to email alerts?
Sign in to the NBA All Access member center and you will see your current email subscriptions. Modify the checkboxes next to each selection as desired then click the "Update" button to save your changes. Every email you receive will also have a link at the bottom to click if you would like to stop receiving such emails in the future.

11. How do I sign up to receive free email alerts?
Sign in to the NBA All Access member center and you will see your current email subscriptions. Modify the checkboxes next to each selection as desired then click the "Update" button to save your changes. You'll be able to view a sample version of most email selections to help you decide what information you'd prefer to receive.

12. How often will I receive email alerts?
You control which email alerts you wish to receive and how often.

1. NBA Starting 5 Newsletter: Emailed once a week, the NBA Starting 5 Newsletter includes the top five NBA stories and specials for the week. We also have occasional special emailings when we have really big news personalized for you;

2. NBA Daily Newsletter: Emailed every Monday through Friday, the NBA Daily provides you with the latest NBA headlines, scores, nightly broadcast information and the daily NBA TV schedule;

3. NBA.com Fantasy Basketball Weekly: A weekly roundup of the latest fantasy basketball news and tips sent every Friday;

4. NBA Offers Alerts: Special ticket offers, partner offers, events and merchandise discounts from the NBA

5. WNBA News Newsletter: Emailed once a week in-season and bi-weekly during the off-season, the official WNBA email newsletter gives you the latest news, promotions and special online features;

6. WNBA Offers Alerts: Sent periodically as needed, includes ticket offers, new WNBA product announcements and discount offers, promotions and local event invitations;

7. WNBA Partner Offers Alerts: Sent periodically as needed, includes special offers and exclusive promotions from select WNBA partners.

13. How do I ensure that I receive the email newsletters and alerts I requested?
Add "nba@fans.nba.com" to your Email Address Book or custom sender lists when setting spam filters to ensure that you get the email alerts and newsletters you've requested directly in your inbox. Click here to learn how for a few popular email platforms.

14. What's the difference between the HTML and text versions of email alerts?
Both versions generally contain the same amount of information. The HTML version supports images which allows for a more visual presentation to make it easy for you to visit links in the newsletter. Most webmail programs: Yahoo! Mail, AOL Mail, Hotmail, Gmail and most newer email clients like Outlook, Outlook Express and Lotus Notes can view HTML email. If you'd like to change your preferences to either text or HTML email format, simply sign in to the Member Center and update your profile.
