Aziz is the daughter of Simon Major and the late Patti L. Aziz
She was raised by her grandmother, Patricia Angus and, her late grandfather, Bruce Angus
Her career goal is to work with elementary students.
She majored in sociology at Syracuse
She graduated from Auburn High School where she was a two-time All-Onondaga High School League North selection
She was the 1996 and 1997 Auburn MVP
She led 1997 Auburn team to the sectional quarterfinals
She was the 1997 Zebra Classic All-Star Game Most Outstanding Player, and a participant in the 1996 Zebra Classic All-Star game
A member of the 1996 Empire State Games Central team which won the silver medal
Selected for 1996 New York State Fair Women’s Classic
In her senior year, she averaged 13.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, 3.0 blocks and 2.2 steals.
