Signed during the first week of the regular season, Thomas adds size to a Fever post rotation that includes Tamika Catchings, Erlana Larkins, Natasha Howard and Lynetta Kizer...a third-year pro out of Duke, she spent four seasons playing side-by-side with Karima Christmas, another Duke product in the 2011 WNBA Draft...she was waived by Phoenix when rosters were finalized on May 15. 2008-09.

Krystal Victoria Thomas was born June 10, 1989 in Orlando, Fla....she is the daughter of the late Natalie Thomas...her father is Victor Thomas...she lost her mother due to breast cancer when she was 16...her guardians are Don and Sheri Deluzio...she has a brother, Victory, and three younger sisters: Loren, Erika and Kelli...the Deluzio family includes Alexa, Ben, Brynna and Joe...she was a psychology major at Duke...she prepped at First Academy in Orlando, leading the Royals to a pair of state titles...she was named the Florida Dairy Farmers...Miss Basketball as a senior.
