- Married her long time boyfriend Brent Bilodeau on August 26, 2000 in Billings, Montana
- Brent is a professional hockey player in the ECHL.
- The youngest of six children
- Her sister Alaina also played basketball at Montana State (1986-91)
- Three other older sisters played collegiate basketball: Michol, Stephanie, and Emily
- Emily is now an assistant coach at Northern Illinois University and Alaina is a high school coach in Houston, Texas
- Has one brother, Nick
- Lived in Johnstown Pennsylvania last off-season where husband Brent played for the Johnstown Chiefs of the ECHL
- Worked several days a week at UPMC Lee Hospital on the Medical/Surgical floor as a registered nurse last off-season
- In February 2002 she began volunteering in the Chiefs front office to gain corporate sales experience and learn about the day-to-day operations of a professional sports franchise.
