EARN GROUP EXPERIENCES WITH PURCHASE OF GROUP TICKETS!
In addition to a great ticket price and regular group benefits, when you purchase 50 or more group tickets to a Washington Mystics game you are also eligible to receive a Group Experience.
EXPERIENCES AVAILABLE FOR 50 GROUP TICKETS:
Early Arena Access—When your group purchases 50 or more tickets you have the opportunity to have your group enter the arena one half-hour early to watch pre-game shoot around. Sit courtside with your group and watch the Mystics up close as they warm-up for the game.
Honorary Ball Kid Opportunity—One (1) lucky child between the ages of 10 – 16 has the opportunity to be on court for pre-game warm-ups to rebound and pass balls to Washington Mystics players as they warm up for that night’s game.
Fan Tunnel—Thirty (30) lucky fans create a human tunnel at the player entrance under section 103. These fans have the opportunity to be at court level with players as they take the court, give
players high-fives (or low), and get the players pumped up as they prepare to play.
Color Guard Presenter—Does your group present colors? When you purchase 50 tickets or more you can have your group members participate as a Color Guard. Presenting group must be approved by the Mystics game operations department and attend a pregame walk thru in order to perform.
Chalk Talk with Mystics General Manager Linda Hargrove—Your group has the opportunity to have a half-hour question and answer session with a member of the Washington Mystics General Manager Linda Hargrove before or after the game. Get the inside scoop on the Washington Mystics team and opponents with your own private question and answer session.
EXPERIENCES AVAILABLE FOR 100 GROUP TICKETS:
On Court Ball Exchange—Eleven (11) lucky participants (five (5) for nationally televised games) have the opportunity to stand mid-court during player introductions. Each participant will receive a signed basketball that is given to them by one of the Washington Mystics players as they are introduced.
National Anthem Performer —Does your group have talented musicians who can perform the National Anthem? When you purchase 100 tickets or more you can have your group or selected group members participate as a National Anthem performer. Performers must submit a
CD/DVD in advance of performance for approval by the Mystics game operations department and attend a pregame sound check and walk thru in order to perform.
Practice on the Mystics & Wizards Practice Court—When you purchase 100 or more group tickets, your group can hold a one-hour team practice on the Mystics practice court prior to the game. Bring your AAU, summer league team, cheer or gymnastics squads to a game and hold a one hour practice prior to the game on the Mystics official practice court.
Private Reception at Dewar’s Club- Now you can host your very own private reception at the Verizon Center’s Dewar’s Club. This exclusive club can host up to 300 guests, has two bars, multiple televisions, A/V capabilities and plenty of lounge style seating. Work with your Mystics account executive to develop a customized menu of food and beverages for your guests. (Additional costs for food/beverages).
EXPERIENCES AVAILABLE FOR 150 GROUP TICKETS:
Concourse Table—Hand out and display information for all fans to see at a table located on the arena concourse prior to and during the game to help promote your organization or community group.
On Court Recognition—Looking to honor someone in your group or organization? Now you have the opportunity to have an on court recognition pregame or at the end of halftime with the honoree(s) and a Washington Mystics Player. You’ll also receive a photo of the recognition with the player following the event. Recognition and script must be pre-approved by the Washington Mystics.
On Court Performance Time—Is your group an organized cheerleading squad, dance team, or any other type of recognized dance/cheer group that is looking to perform in public? Your group now has the opportunity to perform a 3-5 minute routine during pregame of a Washington Mystics game. Performance must be pre-approved by Mystics game operations staff. Performances will take place approximately one half-hour after doors open.
Post Game Photo with Two Mystics Players—Bring your entire group onto the Mystics court after the game for a photo with two (2) Mystics players! Photo will take place approximately one half-hour after the game following media access period. We’ll send you a print of the photo and an electronic copy for you to distribute to your group, plus we’ll display it on the Washington Mystics website. Mystics players participating in the on court photo are at the discretion of the Washington Mystics.
EXPERIENCES AVAILABLE FOR 200 GROUP TICKETS:
Autograph session with a Mystics Player—Your group can have their own private post game autograph session with two (2) Washington Mystics players. Autograph session is for one half-hour. Autographs are limited to one (1) per person. Mystics players participating in autograph session are at the discretion of the Washington Mystics.
Preliminary/Postliminary Basketball Game—Now your team can play an organized basketball game on the Washington Mystics court at a Mystics home game. We’ll supply the court and scoreboard operators, you bring the officials, teams and coaches!
Silent Auction Opportunity – Looking to raise funds for your non-profit organization? The Washington Mystics offer you the opportunity to host a silent auction of 3-5 Mystics autographed merchandise items on the main concourse from pre-game through half-time. The Mystics will provide all auction items and bid sheets. You provide organization information and tax deductible/receipt information for winning bidders.
EXPERIENCES AVAILABLE FOR 350 GROUP TICKETS:
Mystics Kids Basketball Clinic—When you purchase 350 group tickets or more, you can have up to 100 of your group members participate in a one hour basketball clinic with members of the Washington Mystics team. The clinic will teach fundamental basketball skills such as passing, dribbling, and shooting. Clinics are open to all ages.
Attend a Mystics Practice – Bring your entire group, team or selected group members and view a Washington Mystics official team practice. Get this exclusive behind the scenes look at how the Mystics prepare for upcoming opponents when you attend a Mystics practice.

Washington Mystics Player Appearance — Host your very own event with a Washington Mystics Player! Whether you are looking to reward your students, provide a unique twist to an organizational meeting, or provide an incentive to employees or customers, with a Washington Mystics player appearance you have the chance to meet and get autographs and photos with a professional athlete! Bring one of the Mystics players, along with the team mascot for a one hour appearance where they will meet with fans, and distribute giveaways and prizes while signing autographs and taking photos!

Group tickets can be reserved with just a 10% non-refundable deposit.

Group experiences are scheduled on a first come-first served basis by date of deposit.

Payment in full must be received 10 days prior to game date in order to secure group assets. If payment in full is not received 10 days prior to game date, group assets will be released.

STEPS TO ORGANIZING A SUCCESSFUL GROUP OUTING
1. Determine Group Outing Details
Contact a Mystics Ticket Sales Representative at 1-877-DC-HOOP1 to discuss dates, ticket prices and promotional materials needed to host a group outing.
2. Distribute Information Early
As the group leader, allow yourself plenty of time (we suggest 6-8 weeks) to distribute price, game and time information to everyone in your company or organization.
3. Set Deadlines
Give your group members a deadline to respond to you with their payment and number of tickets needed.
4. Order Tickets
Call a Mystics Ticket Sales Representative at 1-877-DC-HOOP1 to order your tickets.
5. Receive Tickets
Once you order your tickets through the Mystics, you will receive the tickets within two weeks of placing your order.
6. Distribute Tickets
Once you have received your game tickets, make sure to have a plan in place to distribute the tickets to all who have ordered. Set a pickup location or make sure to have a delivery address for each person who ordered. If you wish, provide the Mystics with contact or mailing information for each individual order, and we would be happy to mail the tickets directly.
7. Enjoy the Game!
Doors open at the Verizon Center one hour prior to game time.
