Washington will travel to New York to face the Liberty in a school day pre-season game to be played at 10:30 am on Thursday, May 21.

“We are excited about the fifteen players who opened up camp with us on Sunday. It’s so nice to actually start camp with your best players on the court, many of whom had a chance to rest and recuperate after the long ‘off-season’ overseas,” said General Manager Angela Taylor. “The intensity and competitiveness out there on the court is off the charts as each of them battle for a spot on the final roster. Yesterday was the first day in our journey to becoming a championship contender.”

Tasha Humphrey is not listed on the official training camp roster because she reported to camp unable to perform. www.washingtonmystics.com.
