Mystics Add Bobbitt, Peddy To Training Camp Roster

Washington D.C. -- Washington Mystics Head Coach and General Manager Mike Thibault announced today that guards Shannon Bobbitt and Shey Peddy have been added to the team’s training camp roster.

Bobbitt returns to the Mystics after playing in 28 games last season. She averaged 2.8 points and 2.6 assists per game.

Peddy was selected in the second round (23rd overall) of the 2012 WNBA draft by the Chicago Sky. During her senior year at Temple University, she was named the 2011-12 Atlantic 10 Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year. Peddy has spent the last year playing in Israel, where she averaged 16.5 points and 6.5 assists per game.
